Make a macro:
/seacom 1 "blah"
/seacom 2 "blah"
/seacom 3 "blah"
/seacomup
Hit the macro and it automatically sets your search comment to whatever is in the quotes. The lines 1, 2, and 3 are your 3 lines in a search comment. You can then hit the macro when you log back in. It's the most use on a job which has a comment that doesn't change much. What I did on BLM was:
/seacom 1 "Exp:
/seacom 2 "
/seacom 3 "JP/NA
/seacomup
